Andrew Collier from Tinryland, Co. Carlow farms 200 Friesian dairy cows and rears all female heifer replacements.

Having entered the voluntary Johne’s disease pilot scheme in 2014, Andrew needed to use a milk replacer for all his replacement calves as a way to reduce and control the spread of Johne’s disease within his herd.
